Accommodation

If you have pre-registered but not booked accommodation and wish to do so now, you can simply return to the registration page and make your booking by selecting Pre-registered: booking accommodation/social $0.00 in the drop down list of registration categories. This will allow you to continue on and make your booking. The deadline for guaranteed hotel reservations through the Conference Secretariat is Monday, 6 August. Bookings after this date can still be accepted via the Conference Secretariat but will be subject to room availability.
Large blocks of rooms and apartments have been secured by the Conference Secretariat to ensure the best available rates. All bookings through conference hotels must be made through the Conference Secretariat, and not with the hotel directly, to obtain these conference rates.
Check in/out Times for Hotels
Hotel check in time is 15:00 hours on the day of arrival and check out is 10:00 hours on the day of departure (but this does vary slightly from hotel to hotel). Many international flights arrive early in the morning and immediate access to rooms will depend on availability. To guarantee early access, the room must be booked for the previous night.

Organising your own room sharing is a good way to keep accommodation costs down. Please note that the secretariat will not organise sharepersons on your behalf.
