The Registration and Information Desk is located on Level 1 of the International Convention Centre Sydney, and will be open the following times:

Monday 28 September from 3:00pm-5:00pm
Tuesday 29 September from 8:00am-7:00pm
Wednesday 30 September from 8:00am-5:40pm
Thursday 1 October from 8:00am-6:00pm

Name badges will be available to be printed from the registration kiosks upon arrival. For security purposes, please wear your name badge at all times, including at social functions.

The Speaker Preparation Room is located in Parkside Pre-Function Space, of the International Convention Centre Sydney and is open the following times:

Tuesday 29 September from 8:00am–5:30pm
Wednesday 30 September from 8:00am-5:40pm
Thursday 1 October from 8:00am-5:15pm

A few days prior to the Conference you will receive an email from us detailing how to access the Conference App, which will provide you with the latest information. We encourage you to download the App before arriving at the Conference.

There will be a dedicated wifi network for you to use throughout the Conference. The password to the Conference network will be printed on the reverse side of your name badge.

The Conference opening session will commence at 9:00am sharp on Tuesday 29 September 2026. This will be in the Parkside Ballroom at the International Convention Centre Sydney. We encourage you to collect your name badge early to ensure you are seated and ready for the formalities to begin. Please see the Conference website for the full program.

Please check your registration details in your email confirmation. If you would like to attend any of the events, and it is not in your confirmation email please contact the Conference Office.

Tickets: This event is included in all full registrations. Additional tickets can be purchased for $90 for guests or day delegates.

ASPS 2026 Cocktail Evening
Date: Wednesday 30 September 2026
Location: Hay Street Market (Main Quarter) - 9/13 Hay Street Haymarket (5-8 minute walk from ICC)
Time: 7:00pm-11:30pm
Dress Code: Relaxed Conference Attire
Tickets: This event is not included in any registration types. Tickets may be purchased at $100 per person or $50 for students. Click here to make your booking - advance bookings are required.

We encourage you to network with the exhibitors during the Conference. Located in Hall 1, Level 2 of the International Convention Centre Sydney, the Exhibition will be open the following times:

Tuesday 29 September from 8:30am-7:00pm
Wednesday 30 September from 8:00am-5:30pm
Thursday 1 October from 8:00am-3:15pm

To assist with networking, a copy of the delegate list, excluding privacy requests, will be available on the Conference App.

The dress code for the Conference is casual business attire.

Every effort will be made to accommodate dietary requirements and/or special requirements, however advance notice is needed. If you did not provide this information at the time of registering, please email the Conference Office.

If you have booked accommodation through the Conference Office, any changes to your booking must be managed through the Conference Office by email, not directly with the hotel.

Attending the Conference will allow you to claim CPD hours. A certificate of attendance will be distributed following the Conference via email.

Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such coverage. The Conference Organisers and the Conference Office accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard.

Please be advised during the Conference photography and filming may take place and may be used to promote the Conference, both within Australia and internationally, across all print and digital platforms. If you do not wish to appear in any images captured, please inform us so we can take the appropriate steps and where possible, and please move out of camera range.

If there is an emergency at the venue, please stay calm. Please follow the instructions given by the venue staff who are fully trained for an emergency situation.
