Accommodation
A selection of accommodation options has been secured within easy walking distance of the International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney) by the Conference Office. Booking through this site offers the following benefits:

- Flexibility to amend your booking up to 30 days prior to the Conference start date
- Personalised assistance before, during, and after your stay
Please note: All official communication regarding the Conference will be sent by the Conference Office (WALDRONSMITH Management) or the one of the Host Societies. Should you receive communication regarding the Conference from any other organisation please contact the Conference Office immediately.
Accommodation is available from Sunday 27 September – Saturday 2 October 2026. If you require dates outside this period, please note your preferred dates in the ‘Special Requirements’ section of the accommodation page of the registration form. The Conference Office will contact the hotel directly and advise you on availability.
The hotels impose strict release dates 30 days prior to arrival, so we encourage you to book early. Any booking requests received less than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to availability.
A valid credit card number must be provided to secure your booking. These details will be securely forwarded to the hotel as a guarantee. Please refer to the individual hotel policies listed below for when your card will be charged for your stay.
If you wish to pay your accommodation in advance by credit card or bank transfer, please note this request in the ‘Special Requirements’ section of the accommodation page of the registration form. The Conference Office will contact you to finalise the payment.
You will be required to settle your room and any incidental expenses directly with the hotel upon arrival or departure.
Standard hotel check-in time is generally 1400hrs. If you require immediate access to your room prior to this time, hotels typically recommend booking for the night before your stay commences.
If you are arriving after 1800hrs, please note this in your booking to ensure your room is held for your arrival.
Please review the booking terms for your selected hotel regarding penalties that may apply if you cancel, shorten your stay (by one or more nights), or fail to arrive on your scheduled check-in date (no-shows).
To make any changes or cancel your booking, please contact the Conference Office by email – do not contact the hotel directly. Verbal changes or cancellations cannot be accepted, and hotels will not process changes made directly with them.
All room rates are based on room only (unless otherwise indicated) and are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).

PARKROYAL Darling Harbour ****

Room type: Superior room: $310 per room per night including breakfast for 1
The 4 star PARKROYAL Darling Harbour is conveniently located in the heart of Sydney, a short stroll to Cockle Bay, King Street Wharf, and nearby shopping precincts of the Queen Victoria Building and Pitt Street Mall. Superior rooms have an ensuite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. There are gym facilities, fitted with state-of-the-art training equipment.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations received between 30–15 days of arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the value of one night’s stay. Cancellations received between 14–0 days from arrival or non-arrival at the hotel (no show) will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the entire length of stay. Any reduction by one or more nights within 30 days prior to arrival will incur cancellation fees.
Payment terms: The credit card provided will be charged the entire length of stay 14 days prior to arrival.
