Payment Methods
Full payment of fees is required before your registration can be confirmed.
Payment options include:
- Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, or American Express
- EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
You may register online and note payment will be made by EFT. A tax invoice will be generated and emailed to you immediately with your registration confirmation letter for payment to be made within 14 days. Bank details for payment can be found at the bottom of the invoice.
Important Information:
- All bank fees incurred with EFT, whether international or domestic, are the responsibility of the depositor.
- Please use your name as the payment reference.
- To ensure prompt reconciliation, forward a copy of the transfer record/remittance advice to the Conference Office.
- This payment option is available until 30 days prior to the Conference (after Friday, 28 August 2026, only credit card payments will be accepted).
Credit Card
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. From Friday, 28 August 2026, all new registrations must be paid in full by credit card.
The name 'WALDRONSMITH Management' will appear on your credit card statement.
Registration Confirmation Email
After completing your registration form, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please review all details carefully. If you need to make any changes, you can access your registration record using the link provided in your confirmation email. For any queries or assistance, please contact the Conference Office.
